Sage Psychology is Live! Brand & Squarespace Website Design

With a company name change and full rebrand, Sage Psychology also had a brand new website designed with Squarespace too.

Based in Montreal, Canada, West Island Psychological Services came to me needing an entire rebrand thanks to their planned name change to Sage Psychology. They were also looking to modernise their outdated website, to make it more personal, friendly and engaging too.

As you can see, the colour palette reflected an upbeat and friendly vibe that the family psychology clinic were looking for. Because they cater to adults, adolescents and children, it was important to have a palette that would be appropriate and open to all.

A pale, 'sage' green was an obvious choice, but I really like how it pairs with the pastel pink and soft greys. The icon of an owl was chosen to represent wisdom (ie. another take on the word 'sage').

Interestingly, because of their multi-lingual location, we needed to create a final logo that could be easily changed to be translated into French as well. So one version was 'Sage Psychology' and the other was 'Psychologie Sage'.

The Website Design

Once we had completed the brand design and come up with some business cards for the new Sage Psychology office, it was time to work on creating a contemporary, enjoyable-to-use website to house information about their assessments and treatments.
